Mike Raymond Mike Raymond, 55, graduated from Brown University, in Providence, Rhode Island, in 1973, and received his MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, in Evanston, Illinois, in 1975. Between 1975 and 2001, Raymond built an impressive marketing and advertising resume, working for such major companies as Leo Burnett Advertising, Adolph Coors Co., and Domino's Pizza, before ending up at Arthur Andersen.
